Job description: As a Field Virtual Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Virtual Sales process, including closing sales, assisting Sales Executives with technical issues, and helping address guest inquiries and presentation strategies. Additionally, the position involves working with senior management to implement initiatives for achieving sales targets, providing coaching and training to Sales Executives, and assisting with reporting requirements.We offer an excellent benefits package to our full-time Team Members that include:
- Sales Managers have a target annual earnings of $160,000, with some Team Members earning significantly more based on their performance. The pay rate is $16 per hour, plus bonuses outlined in the compensation plan.

- Able to work remotely in a presentable, quiet, and professional environment, whether from home or a sales gallery.
- Supports Sales Executives in virtually closing sales while adhering to current sales and contract policies.
- Provides guidance and coaching to Sales Executives on their sales presentations, offering feedback at the end of each tour.
- Prepare necessary documentation for Sales contracts using Chorus/Salesforce.
- Participates in scheduled sales meetings and training sessions via platforms such as Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, etc.
- Follows up on sales-related matters, including converting pending business, implementing anti-rescission strategies, and conducting post-cancellation outreach.
- Assists in the development of training programs for new hires and existing team members to enhance performance.
- Leads virtual morning huddles and group training sessions as needed.
- Reports any concerns regarding a Sales Executive's overall performance to Sales management.
- Must have strong technical proficiency in navigating virtual software programs and a solid understanding of hardware.
- Adheres to company policies and practices regarding rotation and sales processes.
- Always maintains professionalism when interacting with internal staff and customers.
- Performs any other reasonable requests from management within the scope of the role.
- Ensure that “remote” sales occur within a secured and private space, where customer and company information remain confidential and within HGV security compliance/regulations.
- Ensure that the home office has appropriate lighting, audio, and wireless connections to avoid technological inconveniences
- While HGV will provide technological support where appropriate, Team Member shall maintain data and network requirements (with a minimum of 5G data speed or greater) to ensure intellectual property and data speed services are within HGV standards of service.
- Ensure external distractions that would diminish any sales presentation value and or create distractions are removed.
- Team Member is required to maintain open communication with business partners (i.e. Support Services, Quality Assurance Management, Marketing, Tour Coordinator, Contracts, Sales Management team) via MS Teams Chat during presentation (aka tour times)
- Under NO circumstances is Team Member allowed to share use of HGV issued equipment (including devices, monitors, keyboards, etc) and its software for personal use or with another person, HGV employed or otherwise.
- 1+ years of timeshare/vacation ownership In-House Sales experience
- Proven track record of success in Timeshare Sales and working knowledge of the timeshare industry
- Valid Hawaii Real Estate license
- Strong ability to close a sale
- Ability to resolve complex customer service issues and troubleshoot basic virtual/online issues
- Ability to work with all assigned IT hardware and software without limitation or restriction (i.e. mouse, keyboard, multiple monitors set up, internet, mobile device pad, stylus, etc)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication (oral written, and digital), interpersonal, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer satisfaction skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2 years experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
- Previous Sales Lead/TO experience within timeshare.
- Knowledge in Sales Force, Microsoft Office or any other virtual sales software platform
Expected salary: $16 per hour
