Job description: Job Title: Associate Manager, B2B Sales Support (Remote)Job Description The Associate Manager, B2B Sales Support is responsible for supervising the daily activities of the Sales Support team to ensure effective client support and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This position manages team performance, conducts workload analysis, and engages with clients/sales teams to align on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while driving execution and delivering on strategic objectives. That's why we offer a range of FREE Learning and Leadership Development programs designed to set you on your way to the kind of career you've always envisioned.WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLESupervise day-to-day activities of a team of Sales Support to ensure effective client support and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Monitor and review performance metrics and staff-related matters to support team development and engagementConduct regular performance reviews with team members and ensure adherence to the performance management processIdentify and develop succession plans for potential leaders within the team to maintain a strong talent pipelineFacilitate management meetings and team huddles to keep the team informed about business updates and motivate team membersLead internal operational reviews and alignment meetings with clients and sales counterparts to achieve desired business outcomesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and systems that enhance the customer experience for assigned clientsMaintain clear and timely communication with sales support teams and clients to meet customer expectations and resolve escalationsYOUR QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with 5+ Years of Experience preferred.Proven ability to manage, prioritize, and communicate competing deadlinesPrior ability to direct specific tasks through prescribed processes, as well as identify, document, and implement improvementsPrior experience with process improvement/standardizationDemonstrated successful ability to prioritize and multi-task in a time-sensitive environment, leveraging high level of independent judgementStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
