Utilizing standard tools and agile methodologies, your contributions will be crucial in delivering technological solutions that drive our organization's revenue generation.Your key responsibilitiesIn this role, you will identify customer requirements and develop front-end components and services that are integral to our software architecture. You will be expected to actively contribute to business processes or solutions, selecting methodologies judiciously to meet client service metrics, quality, risk management, business growth, and teaming objectives.
- Define and execute deliverables with efficiency
- Manage completion of deliverables and maintain engagement economics reports
- Track resource plans and budgets, and handle project statuses
- Participate in client sessions as a workstream member or team lead
- Travel is required based on client needs, and you will be expected to maintain a chargeability level with billable hours to external clients.
- On your typical engagement, you will work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. You will initiate the requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution. Liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Ability to demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and possess strong business acumen. Demonstrate ability to assimilate to new knowledge.
- Ability to consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.

- A four-year Bachelor's degree is required
- Experience typically preferred is 2-4 years in a relevant field specifically working with integrations with SAP systems.
- Design and implement SAP integration scenarios using various integration tools & platforms (e.g. SAP PI/PO, SAP CIG, SAP Integration Suite's set of capabilities: Cloud Integration, API Management, Trading Partner Management, Advanced Event Mesh, Edge Integration Cell).
- Experience with other integration tools & platforms is a plus, but not required (e.g. Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica…)
- Hands-on experience implementing interfaces with SAP solutions using various technologies like APIs (ODATA, SOAP), Events, ABAP Proxies, RFCs, IDOCs, Files, etc.
- Experience developing integration architecture and strategies to ensure data consistency and integrity across systems.
- Experience working with adapters such as ODATA, SOAP, AMPQ, AS2, AS4, Ariba, JMS, HTTPS, JDBC, IDOC, SFTP, Process Direct, MAIL, XI.
- Familiarity with security best practices for integrations, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption.
- Knowledge of tools for monitoring integrations and troubleshooting issues (e.g., SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, Splunk).
- Experience building B2B integration scenarios following EDI standards (e.g. ANSI X12/EDIFACT).
- Experience with cloud integration platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of database management systems and data modeling concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address integration challenges and optimize processes.
- Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
- A willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%
- Experience working in cross-functional teams (development, operations, business) to build & design holistic integration architecture solutions highly preferred.
- Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience
- SAP Certification/s
- Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core module
