Job description: Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Data Entry Specialist for their Plano, TX/ Hybrid location.Responsibilities:

• Data Intake and Processing:
• Regularly monitor and retrieve data from Tableau and Google Forms.
• Conduct thorough data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Salesforce Operations:
• Utilize Salesforce to search for existing records matching the incoming data.
• Create new records in Salesforce for unmatched submissions, accurately populating required fields.
• Update existing records as needed to maintain data integrity.
• Communication and Coordination:
• Use a template to provide relevant information about the processed submissions via email
• Collaborate with the sales team to address any questions or concerns regarding the data and processes.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Salesforce, including data entry, record creation, and search functions.
• Excellent knowledge of G-Suite applications, particularly Google Forms and Sheets.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
