- Guide Customers: Assist customers through the enrollment process, ensuring all required information is provided and all steps are completed smoothly
- Provide Information: Clearly explain product or service details, benefits, and the enrollment procedure to prospective customers
- Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information into the system to complete enrollment
- Resolve Issues: Address customer questions, concerns, and issues with professionalism and empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Follow-Up: Conduct post-enrollment follow-up to ensure customers are satisfied and their enrollment is complete
- Compliance: Ensure all enrollments meet company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations
Qualifications of a Customer Service Representative:
