Catalina Bravo Farmers Insurance Agency in Los Angeles, CA is hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative and Sales Representative to join our fast growing Agency!
- Our insurance agency is located in Los Angeles California, and we provide Business, Commercial Building, Workers Compensation, Home, Auto, and Life insurance to help protect our clients, and their assets.
- Salary: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour based on experience) + commission+ bonuses

- Responsibilities
- Answer incoming call center questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries
- Sales insurance policies
- Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies
- Handle complaints, helps with onboarding new clients, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved
- Stay up-to-date on new marketing efforts to answer insurance product inquiries utilizing all the resources available
- Requirements
- A client-facing background is a plus
- Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
- Must be coachable
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be motivated and determined
