Role: As a Text Chat Operator, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers via live chat, offering solutions and support for their inquiries. You will log in at the beginning of your shift, respond to customer messages throughout your scheduled time, and log out at the end. This position allows you to choose your own hours and offers the convenience of daily payment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries via live chat. Provide accurate information regarding shipping, returns, and product availability. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Requirements:
You must have a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Independent working capability with strong adherence to provided instructions.
Availability to work at least 10 hours per week.
A reliable internet connection.
Rate: $35 per hour
Location: This is a fully remote position, open worldwide with a preference for candidates in the United States.
