BMW Sales Manager
The BMW Sales Manager is an individual who can drive the sales department in sales and customer service. He or she must consistently meet vehicle sales quotas through expert management and leadership. In addition, the Sales Manager hires, trains, and monitors team member performance; resolves customer complaints, helps with closings when necessary. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate in a clear and efficient way with consumers to assist our established Internet Sales teams to help turn leads into appointments and sales. Excellent leadership abilities and a proven Management track record are required to be successful in this role.
Responsibilities: ? Communicate via outbound phone calls, as well as email ? Maintain CRM Integrity ? Hold team accountable to Daily Tasks, Lead Closing %, Appointments set %, and Utilization % ? Follow approved scripts on outbound calls to ensure proper expectations have been set ? Use provided rebuttals to overcome objections and close sales ? Attention to detail ? Accurate data entry ability ? Ability to multi-task ? Ability to learn quickly and use customized software and applications Responsibilities and Duties ? Requirements: ? Strong Internet Sales Management Skills ? Ability to consistently follow process ? Strong Desking Skills ? superior communication skills, both oral and written ? Outstanding organizational skills ? Must have a minimum of 1 year Automotive Sales experience
