<strong>Responsibilities:</strong> <ul> <li>Receive, sort, and process incoming packages promptly</li> <li>Load and unload packages onto delivery vehicles safely and efficiently</li> <li>Track and monitor package deliveries to ensure timely and accurate completion</li> <li>Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns</li> <li>Assist customers with package tracking, delivery updates, and issue resolution</li> <li>Maintain precise records of package deliveries and customer interactions</li> <li>Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet delivery deadlines</li> </ul> <p></p>

<strong>Requirements:</strong> <ul> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li> <li>Proficiency in using computer systems and software for tracking and documentation</li> <li>Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds</li> <li>Previous experience in customer service and package handling is preferred</li> <li>Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul>
