Customer Service Chat Advisor Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide solutions to customer problems related to products ans services.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communication.
Follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
Ensure all chat interactions align with company standards and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

Customer Service Chat Advisor Requirements and Qualifications:

Excellent written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of chats while providing exceptional service.
Previous experience in a customer service or support role, especially in live chat support, is a plus.
