As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the front-line hero, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product recommendations with a focus on delivering a friendly, empathetic, and positive experience. Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and care.
Offer product recommendations based on customer needs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chewys products, policies, and services.
Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance their experience with Chewy.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
