What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals using an Opus Health program
• Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other means
• Quickly assess user issues and offer first-level support for problem resolution
• Document resolution information and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate area
• Suggest recommendations to management for operational challenges

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pharmacy Technician experience required
• HIPAA certification
• Minimum of 3 years of call center experience
• Experience in medical claim processing is a plus

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
