Responsibilities: Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs. Deliver engaging and effective virtual instruction to students with diverse learning requirements. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to support academic and personal growth. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a supportive learning environment. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Idaho state and federal regulations.
Qualifications: Valid Idaho teaching license with a Special Education endorsement. Bachelors or masters degree in Special Education or a related field. At least two years of experience working with students with special needs (teletherapy experience preferred but not required). Strong technical skills and comfort with virtual teaching platforms. A reliable home office setup, including high-speed internet and a distraction-free environment.
