Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information about our services and resolve any issues that clients may have.
Document and track customer interactions and feedback in our system.
Assist in identifying trends and areas for improvement based on client feedback.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Deliver exceptional service by listening to customer needs and providing tailored support.
Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
