Tiktok Customer Service Remote Jobs - WFH

This is a fully remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home while assisting users and content creators with their questions, concerns, and feedback regarding the TikTok platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
Troubleshoot user issues, including account access, content violations, or app functionality problems.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, social media management, or tech support is preferred.
Proficient in using social media platforms, especially TikTok.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay organized.
Familiarity with online collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.).
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
