Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Design and produce marketing assets, such as flyers, brochures, and digital graphics, utilizing Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards and project objectives.
Assist in the planning, creation, and distribution of email marketing campaigns through HubSpot.
Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance engagement rates.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and develop customized marketing materials.
Maintain effective communication between marketing and sales departments.
Manage leads and customer data efficiently using Salesforce.
Organize and oversee marketing files in cloud storage systems like Dropbox.
Aid in tracking and analyzing digital campaigns using Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Create reports to assess campaign performance and refine future strategies.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Basic familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce is preferred.
Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
