Role Description

This is a contract remote role for an Amazon Senior Brand Manager. As an Amazon Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing 4-6 Amazon seller accounts, optimizing product listings, conducting market research, developing brand strategies, monitoring sales performance, and coordinating marketing campaigns. You will work closely with clients to understand their business goals and provide strategic guidance to maximize their success on the Amazon platform. This role is a customer-facing role and requires speaking to clients via Zoom calls. Fluency in English is required.

Key Responsibilities: • Partner with multiple brands to drive their Amazon marketplace success, including hands-on management of listings, pricing strategies, and inventory planning for each client's unique needs. • Build and manage high-performing Amazon advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts, finding opportunities to scale revenue while maintaining efficient ad spend. • Transform product listings into compelling storefronts by developing engaging content, eye-catching imagery, and keyword-rich descriptions that help our clients stand out in a crowded marketplace. • Keep pulse on the competitive landscape for each brand, spotting trends and adjusting tactics to help our clients stay ahead of market shifts and capture growth opportunities. • Work closely with clients to establish smart inventory strategies that keep their products in stock during peak seasons while avoiding costly overstock situations. • Guide clients through their Amazon performance metrics, breaking down complex data into actionable insights about their sales trends, advertising effectiveness, and overall account health. • Apply search optimization expertise to improve our clients' organic rankings, helping them capture more of Amazon's valuable search real estate. • Protect our clients' Amazon presence by staying current with marketplace policies and ensuring all accounts maintain excellent standing. • Own the profitability and growth targets for your client portfolio, balancing multiple brands' needs while delivering strong returns on their Amazon investment.

Qualifications
• Expert level of understanding of the Amazon Seller Central platform (this position is not for entry-level or intermediate-level candidates)
• 5+ years of Amazon experience
• Flat file upload and error resolution expert
• Experience managing Amazon seller accounts and optimizing product listings
• Familiarity with market research and brand strategy development
• Knowledge of PPC advertising and marketing campaign coordination
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Agency experience preferred
