Responsibilities
• Engage with customers via live chat to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service through each interaction.
• Record and document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Identify recurring issues and provide suggestions for process improvements.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

Experience and Skills:

Requirements
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a live chat role.
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously without compromising on quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software and live chat tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Wages - $25.90 - $31.10 Hourly
