We're currently on the hunt for top talent to join our team as Account Managers. In this role, you'll be responsible for building relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 1000 companies. Building these relationships won’t always be easy, though. You'll need to hustle hard to attend numerous in-person meetings and lunches that are scheduled by cold calling and networking. Now we know you might not be a staffing expert, just yet. This might even be the first time you’re reading about the industry! That's why we'll start you off as a Recruiter. You'll learn all about our service through a hands-on approach, placing candidates in jobs. Along the way, you’ll receive training and development through Insight Global University and given an Account Manager mentor to guide you. Day to day you'll review resumes, conduct interviews, and prepare candidates to meet hiring managers. Think of it like playing matchmaker, but for careers. And you'll get paid for it!

Once you've mastered the art of recruiting, you'll get promoted to become an Account Manager. You’ll be the one our clients turn to when they need help finding the perfect candidates for their team. You'll get to know their hiring goals, their team dynamics, and how our services can help them succeed. You'll be working closely with our Recruiting team, presenting your clients highly qualified candidates and market data. And you'll have the satisfaction of knowing you're making a real difference in people's lives.

We don't need you to have prior sales experience, but we do need you to be willing to learn, put in the effort and have fun while you’re at it! We're looking for passionate and purpose-driven candidates who love working with people and want a long-term career. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
• Insight Global offers a competitive base salary ranging from $35,600- $62,000 based on location, and $5,000 in LTIPs (Long Term Incentive Plan) upon signing.
• Account Managers also receive up to a $10,000 base salary increase upon promotion, monthly car and cell allowances, and the opportunity to win annual sales contests that include an all-expenses paid trip to the Bahamas, LTIPs, and a cash bonus starting at $10,000.
• With uncapped commission paid weekly, Account Managers can expect to make, on average, $73,000-$88,000 their first year in their promoted role, $121,000-$145,000 in their second year and $135,000-$194,000 in their third year.
• Benefit packages will start on day one and include medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, company-paid life insurance, 401k retirement account access with employer matching, paid parental leave, and paid sick leave.
• Employees in this role are eligible to receive up to 10 days of paid vacation time off during their first year of employment; up to 15 days of paid vacation time off annually after two years of employment; and up to 20 days of paid vacation time off annually after five years of employment
