  • **Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments to improve processes and enhance customer service standards.
  • **Feedback Implementation:** Gather and relay customer feedback to management and suggest improvements for service delivery based on customer insights.
  • **Task Prioritization:** Manage workload effectively by prioritizing tasks and projects to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality service.
  • **Training Participation:** Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with product offerings, services, and industry trends.
  • **Continuous Improvement:** Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
