Job Description:

As a Virtual Chat Assistant at Google, you will play a key role in providing world-class customer service and support through real-time chat interactions. This role involves engaging with Google users across a variety of platforms, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and guiding customers to the right solutions.

You will work closely with other teams, including technical support, product development, and customer experience, to ensure seamless and helpful interactions for users globally. Key Responsibilities: • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat. • Provide accurate, relevant information to users about Google’s products, services, and policies. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time, escalating complex cases when necessary. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide personalized support. • Gather customer... feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve the user experience. • Stay up-to-date with Google’s latest product updates, features, and services to provide accurate information. • Maintain records of customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). • 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or virtual assistant roles. • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.). • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. • Knowledge of Google products and services is a plus. • Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in a tech environment or supporting tech products. • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or Zendesk. • Multilingual capabilities (fluency in multiple languages).
