What You Will Do:

Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Navigate and utilize various computer systems to access and update customer information. Adhere to established customer service protocols and guidelines. Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team. Familiarity with airline reservations systems is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent.
