What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Strong communication skills, essential for a hybrid remote position
Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
Knowledge of medical terminology
Proficient in computer applications and Microsoft Office
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous scheduling experience in a healthcare setting
