Job Description

Requirements
High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if needed.
Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
Responsibilities

Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
