Job Summary

Amazon is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team. ? Required Skills and Qualifications
? * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
? * Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
? * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
? * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
? * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
? * Ability to work independently and manage personal workflow.
? * Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools.
