Job Summary

Amazon is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative (Work from Home), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• * Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• * Ability to work independently and manage personal workflow.
• * Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools.

• * Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• * Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment is a plus.
