Meet Quality Standards: Adhere to department quality assurance standards and metrics.
Educate Customers: Answer questions and provide the latest information about the program to ensure customers feel informed and supported.
Handle Confidential Information: Follow established protocols while applying sensitivity and discretion when managing confidential data.
Ensure Reliable Connectivity: Maintain a stable and private internet connection (not reliant on cellular data) with the capability to connect via an Ethernet cable.
Qualifications
Must-Have Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Healthcare-related certification Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative Strong computer skills Reliable internet connection for remote work Ability to pass a language knowledge assessment

Previous government clearance
