Entry Level Recruiter - Remote
As a company, Axis RPO strives to meet the needs of our Clients while creating a fun and positive work environment. We are currently interviewing for entry level remote recruiters. We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, exceeds expectations, and likes to take challenges head on.
Job Duties Include...
Sourcing qualified candidates using provided platforms like ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn
Conducting phone screenings to qualify candidates and schedule interviews
Maintaining communication with candidates to ensure a smooth interview process
Adhering to the company standards to meet our Clients' hiring needs
Qualifications :
Impeccable time management and communication skills
Professional and positive attitude
Student mentality and an eagerness to learn and be developed
Preferred Qualifications (but not required): Recruiting Experience 1-2 yrs
