- Responsibilities:
- Provide chat support to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems and provide accurate information
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Assist with other customer service tasks as needed
- Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in using chat support software and other customer service tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
