Key Responsibilities...

Handle customer inquiries with a professional and courteous approach, whether by phone, text, or email.

Offer detailed information about products and services, and assist customers in resolving their issues.

Address and solve customer problems quickly, aiming to exceed their expectations.

Help manage appointment schedules, including rescheduling and saving appointments from cancellations.

Up-sell and cross-sell products and services, generating sales leads from interactions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account updates.

Communicate effectively and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
