Live Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Ross Stores is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Indianapolis, Indiana, US. This is an entry-level position, perfect for individuals with no prior experience looking to gain valuable skills in customer service and... communication.

Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Utilize resources and tools provided to accurately address customer inquiries and provide solutions
• Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve the overall customer experience
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:
• Confident and hardworking individual with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and customer needs
• Proficient in using technology and comfortable working in a remote setting
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to effectively communicate with customers
