As a Live Chat... Representative, you?ll engage directly with customers via web-based chat services like Facebook Messenger. You?ll answer questions about products, check fitment, and assist in scheduling service appointments. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, can handle simultaneous chat conversations, and has a flair for customer service.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
