    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as a super user for the TMS (MercuryGate), managing carrier records and contracts
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to shipments, reports, and system connectivity
  • Collaborate with teams to align TMS platform with business objectives and requirements
  • Develop reporting metrics to measure the success of initiatives and enhance platform utilization
  • Mentor transportation coordinators to reduce exceptions during the load-out and dispatch process
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 4 years as a support analyst or daily user of an enterprise-level system
  • Experience with TMS applications (MercuryGate preferred) or similar systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Understanding of the logistics industry, preferably in the 3PL vertical
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Background in transportation across all modes
  • Professional certifications such as APICS CSCP or APICS CPIM, Green Belt
  • Experience with Power BI at a user level
