- Job Description:Airbnb is seeking a passionate and confident Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Houston, Texas, US. - Provide exceptional support to Airbnb hosts and guests through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
- Assist with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
- Proactively identify and address potential issues to ensure a seamless experience for users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up as needed
- Stay up-to-date on Airbnb policies and procedures to provide accurate information to users
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making abilities and the ability to work cooperatively with others
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Confidence in handling challenging situations with professionalism
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
