Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Assist in data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks. Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment. Previous administrative or customer service experience is a bonus. Passion for the entertainment industry and a familiarity with Netflix content.
