Salary: $13.00 to $16.00 /hour



My Gym is an amazing place because it allows you to work with children in a fun environment AND also be involved in the high-level processes of running a small business. Our core product is our amazing classes and parties; so, of course, your training begins within these areas.



As a lead teacher, you will be working hands-on, teaching ?Mommy and Me? classes for babies/toddlers and their parents as well as physical education classes for preschool and grade school kids.



As you become a proficient lead teacher, you?ll begin learning:



  • Our back-end systems

  • Administration

  • Sales

  • Training, etc.

The tools learned after working at a My Gym stay with you throughout your life This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where like-minded individuals will thrive and advance



  • Salary is competitive, with the ability to progress quickly.

  • Education or backgrounds in sports, physical fitness, early childhood education, gymnastics, dance, theater, music, etc. are taken into consideration when determining salary.

All candidates must be available every Monday afternoon from 1:00-4:00 for staff meetings as well as one weekend day.
